What are your deposit and rental policies?
We rent out skiing equipment based on availability, so if you want to be guaranteed to get the exact gear you want, it’s best to book your rental online ahead of time. When you make a reservation for ski gear, we require you to deposit of $10 per person in your party. The deposit will go toward your rental fee due at the time of pickup. As long as the reservation is canceled at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time, the deposit is fully refundable if you have to cancel the booking for any reason. The reservation can be canceled at any time 48 hours before pickup if you want to get all of your money back.
We rent out equipment to people of all ages, but we require anyone under the age of 18 to be accompanied by an adult when booking a rental. A parent or guardian must sign for the equipment.
