Elevation of Silverthorne, Colorado
Located at the heart of Summit County, Silverthorne sits at an elevation of 8,790 feet. This town is positioned just below Lake Dillon, along the banks of the Blue River.
Copper Mountain
Copper Mountain is composed of nearly 2,500 acres of beautiful trails and village space, and it's home to the first superpipe that opens each season in the U.S.A.

Keystone
Keystone is a family-friendly spot with the most ski terrain in Summit County. Enjoy skiing on three mountains and five bowls, or take the kids tubing at 11,640 feet at Keystone's Adventure Point. Tubing is available during the winter and summer months, making it the only place to snow tube in the country. Kidtopia hosts all kinds of activities each day, including face painting, crafts, and stargazing, and it's home to the World's Largest Snow Fort. Enjoy two different gondolas that take passengers to diverse terrain for skiing and restaurants along the mountain. Keystone is also an excellent spot for a local festival like the Keystone Wine & Jazz Festival in July or the Keystone Bluegrass & Beer Festival in August.
Arapahoe Basin
Arapahoe Basin has an impressive summit at 13,050 ft and 360-degree views of the Colorado landscape below. Known as "The Legend" to Colorado natives, this spot boasts over 100 trails, above-timberline bowls, and deep powder stashes that are some of the best in the world. Here, the skiing season is one of the longest in North America, spanning from October to June, and it's got something to offer, no matter whether it's your first time skiing or an expert at your craft.
Breckenridge
The most popular spot in Colorado, Breckenridge, is a fantastic spot to spend your winter holiday. There are plenty of places to discover and explore, with 2,908 acres of skiing terrain on five separate peaks that rise to 12,998 feet. The resort boasts 187 trails and 25 acres of terrain parks and plenty of groomers, glades, and above-treeline bowl skiing to test your skills. The downtown area is filled with restaurants and storefronts, so you can relax and have fun after a fun day on the slopes. Breckenridge is the most popular place to visit since it's got great slopes and lively nightlife to boot when it comes to Summit County skiing.
